The past two decades of China's home furnishing industry is a chronicle of the great filter. Over the past 20 years, time has washed away countless speculators chasing the trends, while forging the true backbone of the industry.
In the transformation of industry value reconfiguration, Baineng Home Furnishing has reached its own 20th birthday - a coronation ceremony for the pioneer, and also a milestone for stainless steel custom home furnishing.

Through the mists of time, looking back over the long years from 2006 to 2026, the twenty years of Baineng are not merely a simple history of enterprise development, but rather an industry evolution story of Chinese stainless steel custom furniture evolving from non-existence to mainstream status. Baineng's long-termism is its unwavering pursuit of healthy homes, its commitment to maintaining quality standards, and its focus on the stainless steel market. It is this strategic determination that has enabled Baineng to become a breaker and leader who surmounts the cycles.
Twenty years ago, the application of stainless steel in the home furnishing industry was almost an uncharted territory. At that time, traditional panel-style cabinets were plagued by problems such as moisture damage, mold growth, and formaldehyde hazards, which had long troubled consumers. Facing the deep-rooted problems in the industry, Mr. Hu Shuangxi, the founder of Baineng Home Furnishings, keenly perceived the inevitable trend of material transformation. With extraordinary courage and determination as a pioneer, in 2006, he was the first to introduce stainless steel materials into the cabinet industry, officially kicking off the legendary saga of the stainless steel home furnishing sector.

Based on the local conditions, one can set sail for the international stage. In 2007, Baineng established its presence in Guangzhou and deeply cultivated the South China market through its independent business model. The same year, the stainless steel kitchenware products successfully entered the international market, with their outstanding quality winning the favor of international consumers and quickly demonstrating the core strength of Chinese stainless steel home furnishings to the world.
After the creation of product categories, the dual voids of craftsmanship and standards have restricted the continuous development of the industry. The manufacturing and processing system for stainless steel furniture is completely different from that of panel customization. From sheet bending to structural connections and surface treatments, each step lacks existing technical standards for reference.
Baineng chose the path of independent research and systematic breakthrough. In 2011, Baineng's all-steel processing kitchen cabinets were launched for the first time, setting a new product trend standard for the industry. In 2012, Baineng's modern production base was established in Zengcheng, Guangzhou, officially entering the stage of large-scale and standardized manufacturing, and a number of national patents were also implemented. In 2014, Baineng's brand advertisement was prominently broadcast on CCTV, innovative products and excellent craftsmanship became widely known, and the brand reputation spread throughout the country.

In 2015, Baineng marked a milestone in its technological breakthroughs. The A8 cabinet body technology, mortise and tenon technology, and nut pre-burial technology were successively introduced, solving the core problem of the structural stability of stainless steel cabinets. In 2017, Baineng, as the lead organization, took the initiative to formulate the CBDA "Application Technical Specifications for Household Stainless Steel Integrated Cabinets", uniformly standardizing industry standards. This successfully pushed the industry into a new stage of standardized development

As Baineng's craftsmanship, standards, and manufacturing capabilities gradually improved, brand power became the key lever to connect with consumers and open up larger markets.
In 2018, Baineng signed renowned film and television star Hu Jun as its brand ambassador. The tough attributes of the stainless steel category perfectly matched Hu Jun's tough guy image, and Baineng's public recognition rate reached a new level, with its brand image comprehensively upgraded.

In 2019, leveraging its profound technical foundation, Baineng officially launched the stainless steel full-home customization product line. It expanded from the single kitchen cabinet scenario to include wardrobes, bathroom cabinets, balcony cabinets and other more full-home scenarios, opening up a broader blue ocean market.

As the market awareness of stainless steel custom furniture continues to rise, consumers' demand for high-quality stainless steel home products has become increasingly urgent. This has placed higher demands on the production capacity scale and delivery quality of enterprises.

In 2020, the intelligent R&D base for Industrial 4.0 of Baineng was officially inaugurated. Baineng's manufacturing system began to undergo transformation towards intelligence and digitalization.

In 2022, a 100,000-square-meter industrial 4.0 intelligent R&D production base was officially put into operation. Baineng successfully achieved networked sales design, digitalized production scheduling, informatized manufacturing execution, intelligent process management, as well as comprehensive collaboration between online and offline, front-end and back-end. This led to a significant leap in manufacturing capabilities and technical levels.
