Traditional cabinets rely on screws for fastening; as they age, loosening, shifting and creaking become inevitable.
Drawing inspiration from the essence of traditional Chinese architecture, Baineng has deeply integrated mortise and tenon craftsmanship with modern stainless steel manufacturing technology. We have independently developed a stainless steel mortise and tenon assembly structure using sliding pins, which has been certified by a national patent. The cabinet units are assembled without a single nail or rivet, relying solely on the precise interlocking of components to achieve seamless connections and exceptional stability. Structural stability is significantly enhanced compared to traditional screw-based installations, whilst ensuring efficient and convenient assembly.

Kitchen environments are characterised by high temperatures and humidity, making traditional panels susceptible to environmental damage, such as warping and mould growth, which can shorten their lifespan.
Baineng utilises high-density, aerospace-grade aluminium honeycomb material to fill the interior of the panels, creating an invisible support system. This structure offers exceptional environmental resilience, withstanding high temperatures, corrosion and ageing, whilst also providing safety features such as moisture resistance, termite resistance and fire resistance. It evenly disperses stress when subjected to external impacts, ensuring long-lasting and stable load-bearing capacity. Baineng insists on using aluminium honeycomb material with a wall thickness of 50 micrometres, demonstrating a commitment that exceeds industry standards to ensure the cabinetry maintains its upright form consistently over time.

The kitchen is the heart of the home, where three meals a day are prepared, yet it is also the most susceptible to becoming a breeding ground for bacteria.
Baineng incorporates antimicrobial ions into the powder-coating process on the surface of its cabinet doors, creating a dense and long-lasting antimicrobial protective layer. This inhibits bacterial growth at a microscopic level. With a bacterial inhibition rate of up to 99% against common strains such as E. coli, and certified with the CIAA antimicrobial mark, it safeguards the health of countless households.

Conventional spray coating processes are prone to issues such as fading and flaking over time, significantly compromising the appearance and texture of the finish.
Baineng has independently developed an electrostatic micro-spray process, whereby powder coatings are uniformly applied to the surface of the panels under the influence of an electrostatic field, before being fused and cured at a high temperature of 200°C. Even on complex curves such as edges and corners, the colour remains uniform and refined, with a rich, deep texture. The high-temperature process not only captures the surface's luxurious elegance but also delivers a promise of durability that stands the test of time.

Through innovative craftsmanship, Baineng Home challenges the stereotypical perception of stainless steel surfaces as cold and monotonous, continually infusing its products with richer aesthetic expressions.
With masterful craftsmanship, Baieng precisely replicates natural textures: the warm, delicate grain of wood and the cool, majestic veining of stone. A light touch of the fingertips reveals textures that are distinctly discernible. From minimalist, restrained modern styles to elegant, understated luxury, hundreds of door designs and a variety of material options provide the perfect response to diverse aesthetic preferences. With versatile styles, we adapt to countless visions of living.

Behind these core processes lies Baineng's unwavering commitment and dedication over the past twenty years. Our nearly 100,000-square-metre Industry 4.0 smart R&D and production base has introduced state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment from international brands such as SALVAGNINI and TRUMPF. By establishing a highly efficient, coordinated system of smart production lines and achieving end-to-end digital integration across the entire production process, we have significantly reduced production lead times, laying a solid foundation for the delivery of high-quality products.
Baineng firmly believes that true technology speaks for itself through daily use, rather than through fanfare; and that true quality is proven over time, rather than through self-promotion. With its robust capabilities, Baineng Home safeguards the warmth and comfort of every meal in Chinese households.
